What apartment type would you like? Apartments are described according to how many bedrooms they have. A bachelor apartment, also called a studio apartment, does not have a separate bedroom. The apartment typically has a small kitchen, small bathroom and the living space is also used as the bedroom. Apartments usually increase in price with the number of bedrooms. If you require more than 2 bedrooms please leave a comment below stating the number of bedrooms you will need.

What date will you need into your apartment? Leases are usually one-year long agreements and start on the first day of a month. An apartment lease is the agreement between you and the landlord (owner) to rent the apartment. For example a one-year lease agreement could start on September 1st, 2016 and end on August 31st, 2017. This means you would have access to your apartment on September 1st, 2016. *
